Property Claims Appraisal Support

Cybersoft provides insurance appraisal services in valuation of each individual claim item as well as searching for the same kind and quality replacement from pre-determined brick and mortar establishments and stores. Appraisals are turned around within 12 hours after receiving the claim report. This service ensures that the adjuster has an actual valuation and replacement for EACH claim item and that they are able to resolve a claim quickly and accurately.

Insurance Claims Transcription and Data Entry

Insurance companies sometimes use "scopers" to create an inventory of the items in an insurance claim. The scopers dictate each item (brand, size, quality, model, etc) into a digital voice recorder. These digital voice files are sent to us for transcription and creation of claim reports. These reports will later be accessed and appraised by our Claims Appraisal Team.
